Why this site exists
This is not a slideshow and not a generic SaaS pitch. It is a custom working surface built specifically for LOKI Coach so you can put hands on the work before any contract is signed. Three of the five engagements you see here are wired to the real Anthropic API and trained on LOKI's public catalog, process, and voice.
What it acknowledges
LOKI Coach builds out of Québec City, Québec, with sales and service in the U.S. handled exclusively through The Motorcoach Store in Bradenton, Florida. That structure is a genuine strength — a bi-national footprint most competitors don't have — and also the source of the one real gap this proposal leans on hardest: a language and border line that today gets bridged ad hoc, conversation by conversation.
How the five engagements stack
Each engagement stands alone and each one pays for itself inside a single build cycle. They also compose: the Design Concierge feeds pre-qualified buyers into Sales Enablement; Predictive Maintenance and Service Triage turn the same Garmin telemetry spine into a proactive service-revenue channel; the Bilingual Concierge keeps every one of those conversations open to both sides of the border.

AI Design Concierge
LOKI has no digital configurator today — every custom build starts with a phone call to begin the Creative Brief. This has the pre-call design conversation, so the Creative Brief starts warm instead of cold.
One qualified Creative Brief booking that closes at LOKI's published starting price returns roughly 36x the year-one investment.
AI Sales Enablement Suite
The Québec and Motorcoach Store sales teams type a buyer profile, and out comes a personalized cover letter, a spec comparison against other Prevost-conversion builders, and a 5-touch follow-up sequence — in LOKI voice.
One additional closed sale, split across the Québec and Florida sales teams, returns roughly 33x the year-one investment.
Predictive Maintenance
Every Elite H-Series already ships with Garmin-based remote monitoring and onboard diagnostics. This layer turns that existing pipe into a proactive service channel across the active fleet.
Capturing even 15% of the service revenue currently leaking to independent shops returns roughly 1.9x in year one — and the telemetry pipe to do it already ships standard.
Service Triage & Dispatch
Symptom intake, urgency scoring, and parts pre-check ahead of the 1.866.321.LOKI line — routing owners between Québec HQ, The Motorcoach Store, and the nationwide service-partner network before a truck is dispatched.
Cutting unnecessary mobile dispatches and smoothing the handoff between Québec HQ and the U.S. service network returns roughly 2.5x in year one.
Bilingual Concierge
A Québec HQ selling into an English-speaking U.S. market crosses a language line on every conversation. This closes that gap live, in English or French, and knows when to escalate to a human instead of guessing.
Formalizes bilingual EN/FR support that today depends on whichever team member happens to be available.
